How much will postage cost?

Your order will be returned to you by Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) First Class Post.   We charge a flat rate of £1.50+VAT for any size of order.

I've sent you my keys, when do I make payment?

You will only be asked to pay for your new keys when we have received your keys and contacted you to confirm your requirements.  Our payments are processed via our online secure servers for your security.

How do I know my keys are secure?

When sending your keys to us it is important that you only complete the required fields on our downloadable form.

DO NOT send your address with the keys.  The only time you will need to provide your address is when you complete your on-line payment.

Your newly cut keys and your original will be returned to you via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service and the tracking number will be sent sent to you via email.

For extra security you may request that your new keys are sent to an alternative address such as a work address or family member.

We have been cutting keys for over 80 years and consider customer security as one of our main priorities.

How do I send my keys to you?

For a small quantity we recommend that you send your keys in an unmarked 'Jiffy Bag'.

To assist us in identifying your requirements you may want to attach your keys to a piece of card or paper and label your keys.  See below:

Once you have labelled your keys on the card, you can fill out the order form using the labels on the card for ease of identification.

If you are sending a large bunch of keys you may want to send them in a small box with packing.

For your peace of mind you may also want to send them via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service that provides you with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my new keys to arrive?
We aim to cut your keys the same day we receive them.  We stock a large range of key blanks and under normal circumstances your keys will be despatched on the same day.  In the event that we do not have a key blank to cut your keys it will be ordered.

At all times you will kept up to date with the progress of the order with the option to have your keys returned at any time.

Can you guarantee my new keys will work?

We use some of the best quality machinery on the market and our operators are fully trained.

Once your keys have been cut they are checked for accuracy on our laser machine.

All keys that are cut by us must pass this test before they are shipped out.
